Delete your MyDay data

MyDay by MindForm Labs · Last updated 22 October 2026

Your MyDay data lives on your device and in a hidden folder in your own Google Drive. The developer of MyDay holds no copy, so these steps are all you need.

Option 1: inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open MyDay and go to Settings.
  2. In the Account section tap Delete my cloud data.
  3. Confirm. MyDay erases its saved copy from your Google Drive, signs you out and clears the data on this device.

If you only want to sign out and clear the device but keep your Drive copy, choose Sign out instead.

Option 2: from your Google account

If you no longer have the app, you can remove MyDay’s hidden folder yourself:

  1. Open Google Drive settings and choose Manage apps.
  2. Find MyDay, open Options and choose Delete hidden app data.
  3. To also withdraw MyDay’s access, open your Google Account connections, select MyDay and choose Delete all connections.

Google may change the wording of its pages. If you cannot find an option, search Google’s help for “delete hidden app data in Google Drive”.

Your Google Sheet (if you used it)

The optional spreadsheet named “MyDay” is a normal file in your Google Drive. Delete it there whenever you like. MyDay never deletes it for you.

Data on your phone or computer

Uninstalling MyDay removes the data stored on that device. A backup file that you saved yourself (Settings → Data → Back up everything) stays where you saved it until you delete it.
